Email themelscreative@gmail.com with the item name and your preferred payment method. I’ll send you a secure payment link that includes any applicable shipping fees.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: Email me to order, and I’ll send you a secure Square payment link.
Venmo: @themelscreative — Please email me first with the item you’d like to purchase.
In Person: Cash, credit card, and Venmo are accepted. Shop with me at an upcoming craft fair (check the Home Page for upcoming events), or arrange a local meetup at Market 32 in Middletown, CT.

Shipping Policy

I aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and fair. Shipping costs are always confirmed before payment so there are no surprises.

Jewelry & Apparel

Jewelry and apparel ship for just $1.00 anywhere within the United States via USPS.

Home Goods, Accessories & Other Items

Larger items, including home goods, prayer boards, accessories, and other specialty items, are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping is based on the actual cost to ship your order once it has been packaged and weighed. Your shipping cost will be included in the total provided before payment.

If you prefer a different shipping carrier or method, please let me know when placing your order.

Custom Orders

Because custom pieces can vary greatly in size and weight, an estimated shipping charge may be provided when your order is placed.

Typical USPS Priority Mail estimates are:

Envelope — $8.95
Padded Envelope — $9.65
Small Box — $9.45
Medium Box — $16.10
Large Box — $21.50

Your final shipping cost and method will be confirmed before payment/shipment.

Free Local Pickup

If you're near Middletown, Connecticut, you may choose free local pickup instead of shipping.

Just let me know in your order email that you'd like to pick up your purchase, and we'll arrange a convenient date and time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final.
Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once supplies have been purchased or work has begun.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer.
No refunds will be issued once the order is placed.

Regular Inventory Items

Refunds are not offered on standard inventory items.
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
If an item breaks, please reach out. I may be able to repair or replace it.
