SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and fair for all our customers. Please read the details below to understand how your order will be shipped.

Free Shipping

Jewelry and Apparel items ship free within the United States.

Shipping for Other Items

All other items (including custom orders, home goods, and accessories) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail by default.
If you prefer a different carrier, please let us know before your order ships. You will be billed for the full cost of shipping once your item is packaged and weighed.

Shipping Rates for Custom Orders (Estimated Upfront)

Custom orders will include an estimated shipping charge at the time of purchase based on expected size and packaging:

Envelope – $8.95
Padded Envelope – $9.65
Small Box – $9.45
Medium Box – $16.10
Large Box – $21.50

We will confirm the shipping method and total before your order ships.

Local Pickup

Customers located near Middletown, CT may request local pickup at no charge. Please select this option at checkout or reach out to coordinate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure you love everything you order from us! However, due to the nature of our products, please review our return and exchange policy carefully:

Custom Orders

All custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once supplies have been purchased. Because these products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the order is in progress.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order items are created individually for each customer. As such, no refunds will be issued once the order is placed. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

Regular Inventory Products

We do not offer refunds on standard inventory items, but we are happy to offer exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any exchanges. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
